State of Texas Child Support Payments and other info Are all screwed-up | |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 800861  South Africa10/23/2009 10:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have 2 child support cases with the state of Texas,one for grandkid and the other for my daughter and im getting letters asking for up-dated info on one because they say they never had info for address or tele on x-husband which is bull because he has been paying for 10 years. The other one they have thrown a complete bogus case # on it with wrong info on payment history,letters are dated from october 2009 for month of sept. 2009 Im thinking maybe they went through a change-over and the States computers went crazy,thats all i can come up with at the point,any one else in Texas having problems with Chid support from Texas?  |

Sorry you had so much trouble with yours but the case from x-husband didnt go through any State Agency for collections,auto draw from his Fed job Grandchild case is from Attorney General and yes they have messed it up good!They put a totally bogus case # on it,so its left up to me..faxing current paperwork so they can correct it. Called x this morning and told him you better call um before they have you owing extra,he was on it quick so maybe that one is taken care of. I hate dealing with shit others have screwed-up |
