It is time to stop the half baking and make a full product. The group meditation thing has all the charm of Christianity which expect Jesus on a white horse or some white light to come galloping across the sky and take them to heaven. It is time to build heaven ON this planet and action is required. You will not solve the problems of over population, and over consumption and over pollution that plague this planet by mass meditations. Meditation never fixes anything, Action does. I have come to the conclusion that most people, even starseeds need to be told what to do. They have given up their own personal power for so long, they do not know what to do with it and how to direct that power into something useful. To those of you who think that your meditations will save the world and clean up the pollution, let me know how that one works out for you, while the rest of us do all the work it takes to get it done. Meditate for 11 minutes from 11:00 GMT to 11:11 GMT. PST is 8 hours behind GMT, so 3 AM PST = 11 AM GMT. 2. Many sages (including Ghandi) have noted that "outer peace" can only come from inner peace. So for 11 minutes, one needs to breathe deeply and slowly with eyes closed, focused on peace in one's heart. At the end of 11 minutes, let your inner peace spread outward from your heart in all directions, with the intention to remain peaceful in all encounters with others. With help from GLPers, this idea can spread worldwide in the next few days, bringing peace at the precise time it will be most needed in these turbulent times. |
