Firefox, with 3 tabs open, is the only window I have open. And the computer is just sitting there constantly loading, making that loudass fucking loading noise that they all make. And it says there are no processes working it, it is using 2% of the CPU. Quoting: WTF 761015 What the unholy fuck is it doing? I hate that noise. God I hate that noise. And it just doesn't stop. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery, and click Get Started under Reset this PC Select Remove Everything, click Next, then click Rese Problem solved. Before you know it that computer will be as quiet as when i throw my hotdog down your moms hallway. |

Time to upgrade to a SSD and lots of ram. For now, erase the HD, reload everything and start over. Last Edited by Soundman on 02/23/2021 04:00 AM Soundman |

Their constant updates... and probably data farming keeps your regular hard drive moving all the time... especially on start up, may take 10 minutes to finally stop thrashing around. If you can live with a Mac, you'll find some relief. But if you need Windows, and SSD is almost required now. |
