Nice links. I use binaural beat meditation CD's. Have for almost 5 years now. However, I believe everyone awakens when it is their time to do so. We might try to hasten the process by trying gimmicks, but the real work cannot be rushed. Meditation helps immensely to stay in the moment and has been a great help for me to keep stress at tolerable levels. When my chakras and DNA activate doesn't really concern me. They will when they will.

I try to not judge anyone trying to make a living, but it seems people are prone to fall for the "quick fix" when it comes to spiritual development. And as we all know, it just ain't that way. It's by little steps, steady Freddie.

i hope that what you're saying isn't true. i dont want to wait to awaken when it is time. i want to activate my chakra's now, mostly the sixth chakra, the third eye.

i would love to have psychic abilities.

if i cant awaken now, then i can always learn magic. magic is a way of tapping into ones spiritual powers without being spiritually awake. thats my belief.

Well, best of luck on your path. These things one must learn on their own. Nobody telling you anything will change your outlook until you see it for yourself.

I see your impatience and understand completely. It is natural to desire something now and expect it to happen immediately. What you will find are brief moments of enlightenment, nothing sustained until you build your foundation brick by brick. Don't get discouraged, it will happen if you want it bad enough. And it will happen when you are ready, not any sooner, even in the realm of magic.

What you will notice is change by looking back in retrospect. By looking back at how you've progressed from 5 years ago, or 1 year ago, you can judge your rate of development. Our awareness grows slowly by the increasing ability to discern the truth for ourselves without outside influence. This is where the term "going within" to seek the answers stem from.

It seems you have entered "seeker" mode and answers will come if you ask. I just share what I have learned to possibly help you so you don't have to make the mistakes I have, yet you will find a way to make your own mistakes. HaHaHaHa

I sense desires and the inability to trust the activation will occur at the best time in life for you.

Try to forget about it and stop day dreaming of all the cool stuff you could do. That will block it very easily.

Take some time to walk through the woods, away from homes and modern noises. Find a spot to rest that pleases you. Focus on your breathing and feel the Earth pulse with your breath. Close your eyes or gently relax them and drift from visual awarness.

Some thoughts that will help you PREPARE for activation. Since you are clearly not ready yet. The prep work is the hardest yet the most important part.

1. Be aware to are in physical touch with EVERYTHING.
2. Do not shy or become nervous when strange body sensations come up. Like perpetual tension w/o movement which feels like gravity pulling equally in all directions with the force of a million Earths.
3. Your thoughts and desires along with character of who you are will transform dramatically when it happens. So naturaly you do not want to associate plans, thoughts, desires and such from the NOW you and realize you will have a different ambition after your awakening.
4. Know that your existance is equally important in the universe as a complete galaxy and more. Your value as a living, conscious being is un-measurable.
5. Emotion is the power of creation, imagination is the blueprint of creation. Work the two together in harmony and the result is undescribable. Most miracles occur in our deepest time of need. It is then our emotions are in overdrive whether it be sad, regretful, happy, ect. And we tend to envision what could have been. That is why miracles happen. Proper emotion and thought strengths. Some one wishing for cash will not have the same emotional level even if they try. Love and hate are the only two emotions we can manipulate independantly from external actions.

6. Do not number things as I did. Ironically items can not be placed in linear value. Every speck of sand, soul, stick, bug, person, ect are equally important in the balance of all creation. This shows how hypocritical our minds are. We sabatoge our activation daily w/o realizing it.

Meditation is the best teacher of all. Only time in meditation can bring results period. Becauses you will have those 'AH HAA' moments and the more you have, the closer to divinity in thought you become.


We have the power to manipulate the feelings of love in our heart-mind-body (all one). Practice strengthening that feeling of love inside you. You should be able to love at a level of God like intensities for no external reasons what so ever. Why not?

And there are a million more things I could NEVER express through words or speech. Human language and expression are far to weak and limiting to describe many things. Only in good meditation will these concepts come to you. Being in love/peace or hate will determine the type of thoughts you receive. An ill heart will receive ill thoughts. This is why promoting the feelings of love in you are soooo important to proper preparation.

ACTIVATION MEDITATION
So, I Hari Das ask and demand the presence of the Ascended Masters, the
Galactic Masters, the Galactic Councils, the Elohim, the DNA adjustment
MAP teams, the angels and archangels. I also ask for the presence of a Light
Ship above this building, above our workshop space, to help in the
transmutation of the energies which we’re going to remove during the
course of this meditation.
So, now I would like you to take a few deep breaths, and as you breathe in,
just bring your attention on the space above your head. This is where your
higher chakras are. It doesn’t matter that you don’t know where they are,
they ARE in the space above your head. So, just allow the energy of
Unconditional Love, and the energy of Light to flow into you, with each of
your in-breaths, and with the out-breaths, just allow the confusion, the
anxiety, any fear that you may have, just allow the stresses and strains of
life on planet Earth to actually leave you and be transmuted into Love.

So, as we go with each in-breath, just feel that Love, just feel that Light
flowing in, flowing in, and with your out-breaths, just allow all that
confusion to leave you. You can also at this time focus on your higher heart
chakra, which is just above your physical heart, and just feel the energy
moving there, in that higher heart chakra, the thymus gland. It is only
through this thymus gland that you do feel the Love. It is only through this
thymus gland that you can actually experience true Unconditional Love. So,
with each in-breath allow yourself to feel this Love. Trigger the Light—
trigger the Light, the Light, the Light. Trigger the Love—trigger the Love,
the Love, the Love.
So, now what I’m going to do is, I’m going to bring in the Team to remove
these energies from your physical and spiritual bodies. So, in order to do
this, I just demand that they leave. So now, I Hari Das ask at this moment on
behalf of all human beings present, the removal first of all twin souls—NOW!

Now, the removal of all androgynous beings—NOW! Out! Out! [pause]
Now, the removal of all ties to multi-dimensional, parallel universes, and all
impediments and inhibitors that stop all ones here from realizing their God

allow this double-terminated crystal to become activated with the energy of
Love. As you breathe in, see this crystal starting to pulsate with Light, see
this crystal starting to pulsate with Love. And with each in-breath, see it
building in energy. See, feel the Love, feel the Light pouring into you.
Trigger the Light—trigger the Light, the Light, the Light. Trigger the Love—

Now, see another double-terminated crystal (or, a crystal with a point on
each end) going through this first crystal right where your heart chakra is,
horizontally. See this new crystal, also, with your in-breaths, being
energized with the energies of Unconditional Love and the energies of
undifferentiated Light. Trigger the Light—trigger the Light, the Light, the
Light. Trigger the Love—trigger the Love, the Love, the Love.
Just keep breathing, and allowing, seeing, imagining, visualizing…and again,
as you breathe in, both these crystals are becoming energized with the

these crystals spin, turn—you choose which way you are going to spin these
crystals. And again, we’re going to work with breath. As you spin these
crystals, every time you breathe in see the spin or the turning getting
faster, and as the speed builds up, see the crystals becoming further
energized with the energies of Love, and the energies of Light.
So now, the crystals are spinning, spinning, spinning; turning, turning,
turning—and becoming even more energized with the energies of Love,
becoming more energized with the energies of Light. So now, as we spin
these crystals, we didn’t tell you that we’re going inside our own bodies
using this crystalline Light Body. We’re going to shrink this crystalline Light
Body until it is so small that you may pass through the wall of a single cell of
your physical body. So now with each of your out-breaths, see, feel,
imagine, allow yourselves to become smaller, smaller, smaller—shrinking,
shrinking, shrinking—smaller, smaller, to the size of a pinhead, smaller to
the size of a speck of dust. Now shrinking, shrinking, smaller than a speck of
dust, down to the size of a bacteria, a virus, a microbe, and smaller—

And now we ask you to go into one single cell of your physical body. Go
through the wall of the cell. You are so small no damage will occur. And
now, look around inside this cell, and see your crystalline DNA. How many
strands of DNA do you have lit up? You may be able to see the DNA spiraling
upwards and upwards, through your cellular structure, connecting with
Mother/Father Source, with God—and spiraling downwards, connecting with
the very heart crystal of the Goddess Gaia, planet Earth, your Earth Mother.
Now, some of you may have more than two strands of DNA lit up, activated.
If this is the case, don’t worry. Just stay until we catch you up with the
activation. Understand that these activations not only connect you with
your Higher Self, your I AM Presence, but with Mother/Father Source, and
the Goddess Gaia.
We’re going to activate for you your DNA with the Divine Light Codes, with
the energies of Unconditional Love, with the Sacred Geometry, the Fire
Letters from the Sacred Languages, the Key Codes from the Keys of Enoch,
the Mahatma energy, the Christ Light. So all we want you to do is to
visualize, see, allow, imagine the DNA expanding, two-strand after twostrand,
and becoming activated with these codes.
So, now see the first two strands of DNA—everybody has at least two strands
lit—see this DNA spiraling upwards and upwards to the Source, and

Now there are twenty-four strands of DNA coded and active. Now let us

the Divine Light Codes, the Sacred Geometries, the Key Codes from the

So now let us move from DNA. You can move through your own cellular
structure, with your own miniaturized Light Body, until you come to your
heart. Your physical heart that works for you without question. It doesn’t
say, "I don’t love you, and so I will not do for you." As long as you love
yourself, your heart loves you, and this heart pumps blood to every part of
your body physical, to the furthest reaches of your physical body.
Your blood is living crystal, living liquid crystal. Now we’re going to
spiritualize your blood. Your blood is going to become spiritual light. So
now, as this blood is pumped through by your heart, let us code the
crystalline nature of this liquid crystal, again with the same codes, the
Divine Light Codes, the Sacred Geometry, the Key Codes from the Keys of
Enoch, the Fire Letters from the Sacred Languages, the codes of
Unconditional Love, the Mahatma, and the Christ Light. We see and feel
the liquid crystalline blood pulsing through your body, spiritualizing every

Now understand that the crystals that are, the vitamins, the minerals, the
salts, the metals, that are within your body physical, let us reprogram with

And now, let us program the whole of our cellular structure with these
energies. I now ask and demand the removal of all fear from all these one’s
cellular structure, and the residues of the knowledge of disempowerment,
the residues of the knowledge of being disconnected from the Source,
Mother/Father, and not feeling Unconditional Love for yourselves. I now
remove the codes that stop you from receiving ABUNDANCE on all levels. I
now remove the codes that stop you from shining bright and giving Love
without fear in your hearts. I recode your cellular structure with the
geometries of Light, and the geometries of Love. Understand that that’s
what you are—Love.
So now I also activate and clear with the energies of Love and Light the
dense organs of your physical body, your liver, your kidneys, your spleen—I
remove all fear from these organs, and activate within them the Sacred
Geometries of Light, the Living Light Spiritual Mandalas, which will allow
you to be the gods that you really are. [pause]
Now I will ask you to leave your bodies through any way that you wish. You
may come out through the wall of a single cell, you may come out through
your eye, your mouth, your nose, your ears—any way that you would like. I
would like you to exit your bodies—NOW!
And then, with the in-breaths, let us make this Light Body bigger, until it
again integrates with our body physical. So, with each in-breath you become
bigger, bigger, bigger, and bigger, bigger, bigger—integrating this Light Body
with your physical body NOW after it is returned to normal size.
I ask on behalf of you all, I ask your helpers, your guides, the Masters with
which you work, the Multidimensional Councils with which you all work (but
maybe not, at this time, realize)—I ask and demand on the behalf of all of
you that these activations, that these clearances, are held steady, that you
will not have a return of these energies and entities. So now, I ask that,
again with your in-breaths, that you move your bodies around a little bit,
that you move your heads, that you move your fingers and toes, maybe
shrug your shoulders—but don’t move too quickly, because if you do maybe
some disorientation will take place, or you might feel that you’re not all
here. So just move slowly around, and integrate your consciousness, and
we’ll give you some time for this integration to take place.
DNA Activation & using Diamond Energetics

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable
by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and
explained. The human DNA is a biological Internet and superior in many aspects to
the artificial one. The latest Russian scientific research directly or indirectly
explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts
of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people
(namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more.
In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can
be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out
and replacing single genes.
Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that
is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The
other 90% are considered "junk DNA." The Russian researchers, however,
convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture
to explore that 90% of "junk DNA." Their results, findings and conclusions are
simply revolutionary! According to there findings, our DNA is not only responsible
for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and
communication.
The Russian linguists found that the genetic code - especially in the apparent
"useless" 90% - follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they
compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form
phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and
the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a
regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. Therefore, human
languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues
also explored the vibrational behavior of DNA. In brief the bottom line was: "Living
chromosomes function just like a holographic computer using endogenous DNA
laser radiation." This means that they managed, for example, to modulate certain
frequency patterns (sound) onto a laser-like ray which influenced DNA frequency
and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline
pairs and of language (as explained earlier) is of the same structure, no DNA
decoding is necessary. One can simply use words and sentences of the human
language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living
tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to
radio waves, if the proper frequencies (sound) are being used. This finally and
scientifically explains why affirmations, hypnosis and the like can have such strong
effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to
react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from DNA strands
and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically created devices that
influence cellular metabolism through modulated radio and light frequencies, thus
repairing genetic defects.
They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it
onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. So they successfully
transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by
transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was
transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when
cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an
unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation: by simply applying
vibration (sound frequencies) and language instead of the archaic cutting-out
procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which
obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the
biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.
Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable

everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The
individual person must work on the inner processes and development in order to
establish a conscious communication with the DNA.
The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors

developed an individual's consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of
device: one can achieve these results by oneself. Science will finally stop laughing
at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. Now that we are fairly
stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group
consciousness - namely one in which we attain access to all information via our
DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that

We now know that just as we use the internet, our DNA can feed proper data into
the network, can retrieve data from the network, and can establish contact with
other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or "remote sensing"
about the state of another can thus be explained. Some animals know from afar
when their owners plan to return home. This can be freshly interpreted and
explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper-communication. Any
collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a
distinctive individuality; otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct
that is easily manipulated.
Hyper-communication in the new millennium means something quite different.
Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group
consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things
on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness
of the new kind. Fifty percent of children will become a problem as soon as they
go to school, since the system lumps everyone together and demands adjustment.
But the individuality of today's children is so strong that they refuse this
adjustment and resist giving up their idiosyncrasies in the most diverse ways. At
the same time more and more clairvoyant children are born. Something in those
children is striving more towards the group consciousness of the new kind, and it
can no longer be suppressed.
As a rule, weather for example is rather difficult to influence by a single
individual. But it may be influenced by group consciousness (nothing new about
this to some indigenous tribes). Weather is strongly influenced by Earth resonance
frequencies (Schumann frequencies). But those same frequencies are also
produced in our brains, and when many people synchronize their thinking or when
individuals (spiritual masters, for instance) focus their thoughts in a laser-like
fashion, then it is not at all surprising that they can influence the weather. A
modern day civilization which develops group consciousness would have neither
environmental problems nor scarcity of energy: for if it were to use such mental
powers as a unified civilization, it would have control of the energies of its home
planet as a natural consequence.
When a great number of people become unified with higher intention as in
meditating on peace - potentials of violence also dissolve. Apparently, DNA is also
an organic superconductor that can work at normal body temperature, as opposed
to artificial superconductors which require extremely low temperatures between
minus 200 and 140°C to function. In addition, all superconductors are able to store
light and thus information. This further explains how DNA can store information.
Many spiritual teachers also produce visible balls or columns of light in deep
meditation or during energy work, which trigger decidedly pleasant feelings and do
not cause any harm. There are some spiritual teachers, like the young Englishman
Ananda, for example, with whom nothing is seen at first, but when one tries to
take a photograph while they sit and speak or meditate in hyper-communication,
one gets only a picture of a white cloud on a chair. Diamond Energy amplifies
Intent, so when you understand that at a DNA level, we can all activate and
program our DNA, we now have the ability to not only program, but dramatically
amplify those thoughts through verbalized Intent.
What is DNA?
The DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) holds the essential blueprint for all biological life, and
consists of a sugar base, phosphates, and a sequencing of nucleotides. Unique and
personal, it contains the encoded information for both your physical and spiritual lineages.
This encoded information determines your physical form, hereditary maladies, mental

And when I say visualization, I mean being aware of all senses plus the sense of thought.

Our minds operate in a visual basis, not linguistical. Repeating words in your thoughts will fail everytime.


Practice strengthening your emotions. You should be able to love unconditionaly at the drop of a dime. Cry like no tomorrow to release negative energies. The old social concept of weakness when crying is stupid. Crying is the BEST way to clean your energy system. It wipes away bad emotions, thoughts and balances your energies.


It sounds funny but a good magician will typically cry to release. Then fall in love with creation, everything. Also posses a very strong visual imagination.

Notice society teaches us to NOT cry and to NOT wander off into imagination land. Those two ideas will stop any activation/ability real fast.

I have 2 boys and a wife.

Best time for me was just before sleep and then drift into sleep when I had enough.

I find it is hard at first to stay awake but after some time and honest determination, you will be able to fall into a good meditive state before sleep. It will also clean your energies/body up while you sleep. Very healthy habit.


Knowing your children are warm, comfortable, loved and sleeping peacefully in there beds makes it easy.

And when your kids are asleep, picture yourself going to the realm of dreams in a meditive state instead of natural sleep where your kids are. Like being a proud parent and stepping into the world/dimensin/astral (whatever you call it) and watching over them in spirit.

But aside from external thoughts, which you should limit at some point, try to focus on your breathing.

First perfect a healthy, strong and steady breathing pattern. Then focus on your breathing and nothing else. If you stray in thought DO NOT punish your self but rather gently remind yourself to go back to focusing on your breathing.

I swear to you up and down that focusing on your breathing is highly effective for beginners and advanced practice. If you can just do that, you will start off on a very good step.

did you know that shaolin monks can alter their mind state during meditation to a gamma state. When they do this they experience unconditional love. So to experience unconditional love, my mind has to change into a gamma state during meditation.

Binaural beats are risky and dangerous because you are placing your health and sanity into some oneelses hands.

I'm a spiritual person and I have little doubt that an omniscient spirit the likes of "The Holy Spirit" is about all about just you, all the while being about everyone else at the same time.

For your future reference, and what you might consider aspiring to, such this act of omniscience is called "benevolence."

Seek it. You might be better enjoyed by your own spirit and the "Holy" one for doing so.



Although I'm not a Christian I do pray during meditation.

Interesting, though, my head doesn't drop when my crown chakra - that would be the 7th chakra, 848413 - opens and that omniscience flows into me. My head raises up, and my forehead - that would be the intuitive, 6th chakra, 848413 - points upward.

My belly button is one of the last body parts on my mind. In fact, there's no body part on my mind, just spirit.

I did the melatonin 2 puffs of weed trick and then meditate.
Now I lucid dream every time I sleep and I don't get any rest.

Jesus wasn't Christian, he never went to church and the Bible wasn't even published at that time yet.

I always feel so bad for those so deeply trapped into a controlled religion there appears to be no hope or escape.

Fact is, people are different and the true source of all creation is the one. How can one religion translate for one creator to millions of different souls? That is like having only one OS to run different PC's.
