Loved smoking and I smoked for years.

I wasn't one to smoke constantly or all day long or even out in public, but I smoked one cigarette in the morning with my coffee and newspaper, after a meal, while having a mixed drink, just before and after work and after sex.

I quit smoking one week ago today.
No patch...no pills.
Cold turkey.

While the strong urges are getting farther and farther apart, they are still VERY STRONG.

How long before these urges ease up in intensity?

If you guys want to continue smoking, I suggest trying cigars or tobacco pipes. I've been smoking a pipe for a year now and I love it. If that isn't cool enough, then look into something called 'Organic Cigarettes'. 100% organic tobacco with no additives. cool2

Bless your heart, girl...

I smoke...if I tried to quit, I'd probably

Statistically 90% of those who stopped smoking, returned to smoking within a year, if you have the strength to continue not smoking is good for your health.
