Ain't that the truth! Pun intended...

So from a practical point of view, where do we all go from here? I doubt we'll ever find the complete answers we're looking for, not that it's a bad idea to keep comparing notes and opening memory blocks for each other.

But how do we identify whether or not we had something tangible done to us, and if so, how do we undo it? How do we get back the missing memories? Especially since a lot of us are not hypnotizable?
