Interesting. I was watching a show on Netflix that talked about the brain and memory and one of the things that they mentioned was the association between autobiographical memory difficulties and impairments in future thinking. It really struck me as that pretty much summed me up. I can think about the future for everything else but me so that fit me so well that it was startling. The docuseries was called "The Mind: Explained". It was really quite late when I watched it so I might have misheard it but pretty sure I didn't.
