I do feel that our media has tried to divide our countries as an effort to distract us and whip up nationalism. I also feel that many canadians are very poorly informed about politics in the US. I have talked to people with masters degrees who were very angry, and thought people were dying on the streets of hunger and lack of health care here.

There is someone from almost every country in the world that lives in Canada. I think most countries in the world would have something to say if Canada was attacked.
Anyways, the US is like the Roman empire: completely over-extended with overseas wars, and collapsing at home. It will not be able to sustain any more wars for much longer.

If you havn't caught on by now. I love Canada and Canadians. I even drink Canada Dry for peats sake. I don't really understand the border between us and the fact that most all Canadians live within 75 miles of the US boarder.

Yeah, we have one of those come tearing in here from time to time to give us all what for because we spend all our money on our military, etc.

Our biggest expense in the budget is Medicare healthcare for the elderly, then Medicaid for the poor, then social security and welfare. About 70% of the budget with only about 20% for military. And they are so hungry they are fat, lol.

I want Canada to prosper so I can go there and be an illegal alien. They are the ones in this country who get everything free so I want to do that somewhere. If Canada were poor, they'd all be coming here! So I want all of you very prosperous so if I need to I can sneak across the border and make excessive demands as is routinely done here from the southern border.

And I always wanted a pair of those snowshoes, too. I'll demand some of those first thing!
