Astrophysicists: Best case scenario is the end of Western civilization as we know it.
Fascinating interview with Benjamin Baruch who interview two expert astrophysicists. They confirmed a companion neutron star to our sun that has an elliptical orbit of approximatlely 24,000 years. It's nearing the solar system and causing major problems between 2011 and 2017. (The earth's core heating up which is fragmenting the magnetosphere, the appearance of multiple north and south poles/shifting, windspeed bursts nearing mach 1, tsunamis, continental plates shifting, etc...)

12/21/2012 is only one day in the midst of what will take place over a 7-year period. All governments are aware and are preparing bunkers for the elites and TPTB.

Best case scenario: The end of Western civilization as we know it. Loss of life on the magnitude of 30 - 50% of the population.

Worst case scenario: (You don't want to know!)

Confidence level of the astrophysicists: 99.9%

IMHO, it's worth listening to:

A neutron star? Those things are pretty damn massive, with a minimum mass greater than the sun itself! If one of those were anywhere near the inner solar system, we'd see some hella huge gravitational perturbations on the positions of the outer planets. Things would be seriously out of whack with their predicted locations, especially with lower mass bodies such as asteroids. I don't know who these jokers think they are, but their claim doesn't fit the observational evidence.

I'm listening and so far I'm leery. Baruch is basing his informtion on two phd astrophysicists, yet doesnt provide names to back up this claim.

So, who is he and why should we believe him?

My cousin is a Phd astrophysicist who works for the US navy. Haven't spoken to him for awhile but If he had any pertinent information he could disclose - he would. Furthermore, if he even suspected troubles ahead he would have given us a heads up. Regardless, next time I speak to him I'll ask what he knows about this so-called neutron star - and anything else that we should be concerned about.

Holy shit! It took only 4 minutes for Astronut to "find" this thread and type up a response to it.

Now, I'm really fucking scared regarding the existance of this supermassive object.

Assuming your story is true, there is no possible way you could be certain that your cousin would give you such information if he knew it.

I can think of at least five consequences, and a multitude of scenarios, which would prevent my cousins from divulging this type of information to me.

Yeah, I've thought about that aspect of things too... Surely they are taking a cross-section of the population and not just those with deep enough pockets to purchase their way in!

If not, it would certainly be a sight to behold... can you just imagine? lol Most of the women in "that league" would fall into a hissy fit if they had to actually do anything like real or dirty work.

On another thought... who would sell their soul into outright slavery to these celebs, corp. heads and politicos and elites for the opportunity of a little higher chance of survival? You can't tell me that Anyone has the last word on what is actually going to happen, how to prepare adequately or where might be safe. AND... If it is an ELE and they do survive, there will be few resources and no replacement of any manufactured products without the whole infrastructure to produce them. How long do you think most of these folks will survive then?

It's no wonder advanced civilization has never made it past one of these events... I just bet those in power have repeatedly attempted to hide the truth and maintain some sense of control rather than alerting the whole population while they all still had decades to prepare and time to do it right. Funny how that works... you have to give it all away to have it at all.

The end of western civilization and population reduction of 30-50%? And the bad news is?
Humanity is overcrowding this planet to such a degree that wars are being fought for no reason other than resources. Science seems to be 90% devoted to finding better ways to wage said wars. Should nature decide to do a bit of culling she'll as least be a bit fairer, she doesn't care what religion you are or how many weapons your country can afford to buy. Earth could do with a good old whitewash and restart.

astronut is not real.

his name is deceptive. i've been here for a while and frequently. i have never seen this guy post anything but 'smart guy' sounding 'facts' (according to him) that dispute anything px or ufo related.

i guess he's just a guy that scours glp everyday looking for px or ufo threads just to put in his point that everyone is wrong, the universe is boring and everything is normal.

he is not real.

You are spot on.

These two don't sound like real scientists. A neutron star even passing a light year to two light years by would have a demonstrable effect on the orbits of the outer planets. It was most likely the close approach of a minor star that lead to the rain of debris we see evident on the surface of the moon some 3.5 billion years ago when many of the craters on the moon were formed.

A neutron star closer would play holy havoc.

I agree with Astronut. The gravitational force exerted by such a companion-star to our Sun would cause unpredictable changes to the orbits of the planets of our solar system. If there was something very close to us, it would have created measurable perturbations already. I wouldn't trust the opinions of some unknown astrophysicists that have no means to do an acceptable research, but they rather speculate on the existence of this celestial body. In the same path, I could say that the Earth could be swallowed by a traveling small black hole (there is a word for celestial objects that are not in any kind of orbits but rather they pass through or between other solar systems). Believe in nothing and always give a thorough thought of what you hear from left and right.

sure these things are possible, and will happen at some time, Large CME, or some sort of nearby star going nova and sending his energy hurdling, a rogue asteroid perhaps.

the question not if but when. Our sun will eventually die out. But we will be long gone. Many many things can happen

but Im calling BS for the mean time

BTW, the approaching nuetron star does not emit light, and therefore is not visible to the naked eye. It does emit radiation and has a substantial gravitational force. It's affecting the entire solar system. It turns out our sun is a variable star (not stable) and is in a binary system with the neutron star.
