Did they really have to do this now? It happens occassionally, but the day after credit downgrade, and the eve of worldwide financial doom, may not be the best time to lock folks out of their accounts. Knowwhamsayin'?

it will not even let me get any money out says my balance is 0...is that what it does when they perform this maintenance????
