Keep everything but amend the 14th amendment about citizenship by birth.

It should read that citizenship by birth is granted only if one or both of the parents are citizens, either natural born or naturalized. Any woman here illegally claiming the father is a citizen must prove paternity with a DNA test.

Also want a Balanced Budget Amendment that bans congressional earmarks. It is the only way to stop the spending in DC.

I would also add one more amendment:

Senate and Congressional Campaign fundraising will be limited to only the residents of the state those running for office seek to represent.

Presidential campaigns will be limited to 6 months for fundraising and 6 months of actual campaigning. Presidential candidates can only accept funds from individuals and not from political action groups or businesses or lobbyists. Fundraising is limited to 50% public funds and 50% private donations.

All media outlets must provide 10 free half-page ads or one minute slots to each actual candidate in elections for federal offices.

The amount of money that is spent on election campaigns is obscene and corrupt. Our campaigns are far too long which is why they are so expensive.

Let's keep everything else in the Constitution which has stood the test of time and served us well for over 200 years.
