No appointing of "CZARS" (or similar) without SENATE APPROVAL OF ALL OF THEM....on ALL Presidential reporting levels.

Remove the "Interstate Commerce Clause" in it's entirety. 6) ....
and REMOVE NAFTA / CAFTA and their ability to ever create legislation like that again.
