Idiocy, pure idiocy right here in the USA.

This is the idiocy the USA has been reduced to.

A group of teenagers have harassed a man on his property by ringing his door bell and banging on the backdoor late in the evening.
The man came out, gave chase and caught one, a 14 year-old, by tackling the kid. The man then made the kid wait until the police arrived.
The man is now being charged and the kids get off Scott free. You see, you can not charge juveniles with trespassing, apparently it is OK if they violate your property and get hurt..
Juveniles are not supposed to be told no or stop, you are supposed to use positive re-enforcement. Apparently the courts agree with that statement because they have just been told they can break the law (trespassing) and their victims will be prosecuted if they do anything (endangering a child, harassment).

Seriously the kids harassed the man, he just wanted justice, where do they get this shit?

And people wonder why today's youth has no Discipline or respect for other people's property.

The fucking idiocy in this country has reached outstanding levels and it gets worse every year.
