As a child growing up on a dairy farm next to I-71 in Ashland County I witness all the time 1991-Present lights that did not move like aircraft. The X-Files series soon became the family show after it premiered soon after we started to see the lights. In 1993 two silent helicopters dropped around six men with orange parachutes. I was only eight years old but remember it vividly because I was naturally up at this time in the morning 3:30AM on a school night, but so was my whole family! Once a visiting aunt staying at my grandparents house on the other side of our mobile home She woke up and actually seen a UFO Saucer above the mobile home that I was in! I actually have a family video of my extended family the next day talking about it at a family picnic on a DVD. It would convince you more I put this on GLP video? I would be embarrassed but the internet is about to be gone so not much time to get non-believers to believe.

Notice how the subject of the thread, the light that shoots up from the ground on the news footage, has been conveniently steered to the videos of the human made lights.

This was a sky diving team...Team Fastrax... doing a pyrotechnic show for the UC football game.

i live right outside of cincinnati and saw this. no joke. what i saw was what looked like a firework falling from the sky. 4 points, and they were in a perfect form. like a flat cross, or x, at each point was what could be compared to a small comet falling from the sky. an orange ball of light, followed by a sparkling orange trail. they were falling, or appeared to be falling in a way that would sort of outline a christmas tree. not falling straight down but slightly outward. that lasted probably less than 10 seconds, and what was left was 4 orange balls of light. they were really low in the sky and were going in and out of view behind some trees. eventually i couldn't see them anymore. it was an amazing sight.
