Can people really be stupid enough to NOT understand this?

This has nothing to do with the black race. This has everything to do with black culture. A culture of entitlement created by liberals. Little white boys know that little black boys will get tax subsidized, effectively eating their income lunch before they even get to smell it. So, little white boys work harder to be successful. Little black boys don't have to because they know they'll be taken care of.

Tell me how wrong I am? Happens all the time.

I just took a test yesterday as pt of my training and there are mostly black people in the class. I think we had maybe 5 white ppl out of 30 students.
I finished my test in 3 mins. The rest of the class most of them took 20 or mins even though it was the same test, and we were sitting next to each other. It's the comprehension ability.
They have the hardest time comprehending anything.
I made a 96% on my test and the trainer came back after grading these and told us this was the 1st time that everyone in one of her classes passed.
Now what does that tell you?

Today I have to go in for more computer training,maybe a half a day then, we get to go home.

These folks train you for a full week for your orientations, then they put you out on the floor for 90 days full training on your job. You have 90 days and then you go for your certification,and once you get that, then they go to your schedule of working us 7 days a week.
They push the training curriculum so hard because this company I contract through is regulated by the DEA and FDA as well as Europeans equivalent and then they have the Asian Ministry of Health that comes in.
This company is global and if you get hired on here as permanent,consider yourself lucky.

Tuesday I was going through all this DEA training stuff on the computer and after 2 1/2 hrs, I was thinking to myself, "I don't work for no contractor or this company, I'm really gonna be working for the DEA and the FDA." LOL!

This would almost beg that rules, regulations, laws specific to Blacks be enacted to prevent them from destroying themselves.

Are things really this bad in the Black culture?

I lived for awhile in a small town that had been forceably integrated. The schools were paranoid of more Fed intervention, so they automatically passed EVERY black student whether they deserved it or not. I'm NOT defending racism, but political correctness has consequences, too. Good grades should be earned, regardless of skin color.

I'm chiming in here because there is something that I've noticed in a big way. It not that Black people can't achieve, it's the American Black culture that sucks. I'm in a very difficult, hard to get into and even harder to stay in health progam. The Black people who are not American do great, the American Blacks rarely complete the progrm. It's cultural, not race related.

Liberals ruined things for black people. They probably had good intentions but ended up making things worse for them. Whether it's done by design to make things worse for them or they simply screwed up, I don't know.

When you say it's "black culture" I don't think the problem is entitlements or welfare or whatever, because the problem exists whether they're poor or not, right? So I would say it may relate to "black culture" (meaning urban culture, essentially) that discourages kids from learning. That's what needs to change.

The African Americans I've met professionally have been sharp, on-the-ball people who work as hard as anyone else. So either they didn't have that cultural effect, or maybe overcome it.

There are more white people on welfare than black ones, anyway!

From what I have seen its due to the parents. The parents dont seem to be there to support their kids in the black families. Especially the dad.

Most Blacks are not "wired" to do academic work.
Not all White people are "wired" to do academic work either.
TPTB have to face the fact that they cannot press everyone into the same mould.

So I take it that there are going to be a lot of incompetent cumputer techs working for the gov. agencies.

If you tell someone the system is against them there is no reason to be motivated.
Same goes for handouts.

The ugly truth about America is that most people are not judged by the color of their skin. This kind of 'discrimination' is shown to be false with this report.

Blacks simply don't do as well as whites in general. It doesnt matter if its by choice or by ignorance.

untill black leaders and black aduldts stop blameing all their problems on the white race and start takeing pride in themselfs and thieir nebiorhoods iam not saying all but a lot of them and start being just plain americans and not african americans their will be no change they all so must stop being one parent familys most times it just a mother as the head of household and stop with this babys daddy crap the men have got to stay with one women and raise thier kids and not chase the ho down the street because they think its cool to nock off another piece of ass and just be some babys daddy and go on to the next ho it has to start with the adults so the children learn how to become responsible adults and not just a babys daddy or babys momma

Speaking as a former inner-city senior school governor, YES.

Plus, school and teaching are set up for girls. Many boys - white and black - need a far different style of curriculum.

Face it people, men are men and women are women. We can't all be keyboard jockeys and call centre drones. Men need REAL jobs in REAL industries that produce REAL things.

We are seeing the destruction of humankind via the worthless 'service' racket, crap feminised education and policing outside the rule of law.

Black Culture is a BIG issue.

I know several Black immigrants from both Africa and the Islands ... and wow do they have get up and GO.

Those Blacks who grew up OUTSIDE of the US (other than the Somalian goat herders who are clueless about almost everything - who's bright idea was it to bring in a couple of hundred thousand of them??) are intellectually bright, have a sophisticated approach to life people and business, are darn hard workers, and are as honest as the day is long.

Those Black immigrants do NOT qualify for minority set aside programs (except again for the former goat herding Somalian's ... who are mostly on welfare - regular immigrants can NOT get welfare, but those Somalians can and DO - most are on it) and knowing they have to make it on their own they go out and just DO IT!

Bill Cosby is correct ... but most of the Black "?Leaders?" in the US have a vested interest in keeping Blacks in a welfare mindset since that way they, the "?Leadrs?" can extort money in one form or another from either the government or big business.

Until the Black Leadership Class in the US changes it's stripes and starts pushing individual initiative and telling their Black Constituents that sucking on the public tit and set asides in wrong those in the Sheeple Class will follow their "?Leaders?".
