I plan to go to the grocery store today to buy some. I'm out of my maxide and it will take several days before I receive it in the mail and so I was also trying to find something that would work for now. Here's one of the links but if you just google beetroots for blood pressure you'll see several articles on it. [link to www.highbloodpressureinfo.org] ________________ “Have not I commanded thee? SSKI is what you need. selenium in the form of selenomethionine - 400mcg. magnesium citrate - 400-1000mg. youre a farmer so D isnt a factor as long as youre in sun most every day. i take 400mg of KI per day and i am never ever sick. ever. when i was experimenting, the biggest dose i ever did was 5 grams of KI. not a pleasant experience but not fatal either. i did that for two weeks straight. it is safe or i wouldnt use it and sell it myself. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1041800 United States 11/15/2010 04:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My bp is always high. My doc has me on clonidine and I was doing great. But then she said it was too low and took me off of it and put me back on a water pill that didn't do anything so I quit taking it. I still don't know why she didn't just cut back to dose a little. But it's all just numbers anyway. My father's bp was normal and he died of a massive heart attack and was found to have massively clogged arteries in the autopsy. So really, what's normal for you or me may not be normal for others. I do dislike the times my heart does "flip flops" or feels like it's out of rhythm. I do wish I could stop it from doing that. Kinda scares me at times. |
