They will go out one more time to bring down the price of gold and silver through the futures/paper markets before the dollar collapses. This will drive all commodities down and the junior and senior miner equities down as well and allow them to buy up as much gold, silver and production as they can before the collapse of the dollar. We are in the days of the last contango.
