That first orangey one looks like... uh-ooohh. Becuz even though the wind dropped a LOT, it is going across Japan right there at Fuky. Wrong way for safety.

you can see it sort of in the first few frames of this Jet stream forecast..looks like it's predicted to hit parts of Alaska in a few days and the west coast in about a week or so..

I see what you're saying..I hit post before you did your edit..imo yup you're probably right.. the dispersion forecast did show it pretty much blanketing Tokyo and Osaka..

Now, we can no longer rely on wunderground for incoming? It's been one of my favorites for radar.

I must say this lightly (in joking terms) or be deleted: in the Southeast of the USA, if not other places as well, we are killed over protests against the industry. Never is straight forward - no links - but it happens ... always looks like another reason. Also, obligations for financing are very underhanded, highly fascist, and unrelenting to the average person, always looking to the bottom line for payouts to elite stockholders.

So are they going to fix it or do we have to Luna?

that big mass of clouds could possibly contain a huge amount of radiation imo..it will reach parts of Alaska in a day or so and the West coast in about 6 days judging by the Jet-stream forecast I posted earlier..
