The lower body is more muscle dense than the upper, and also easier to "wear out" with just 3 or 4 properly performed excersises. It sounds like you are pretty hardon your legs already, but you may try to do a little extra as you seem to be plateaud. Things to stay away from: grapefruit juice, makes your kidneys excrete testosterone quickly cranberry juice, same as above soy, adds phytoestrogens, makes man boobs bigger I haven't tried tribilus, I'll check it out. |

That feeling is the pituitary flooding your blood with GH. The rise in GH will cause a rise in test. Running full out for 12 -15 minuites will wipe the estrogen from your system. The lower your body fat ratio the less test is converted to estrogen. Taking arginine, lysine, ornithine on an empty stomach will cause GH boost. Nician, glycine, glutimine also. Lastly I've read that hog balls are loaded with all kinds of test and test like hormones. I haven't tried this last one but I bet ground up in spaghetti sauce it would work until your body adapts. |
