Perry has also advocated abolishing the capital gains tax, which now stands at 15%. Of course 99% of the money made on Wall Street is "capital gains" and therefore is only taxed at 15%. Warren Buffet recently reiterated this fact.

Now if someone like myself owns a company and hires people and I make over a measly 250k profit, I have to pay 35% income tax. However, if you're a Wall Street banking bloodsucker, you can make unlimited profits (millions or billions)and only pay 15%. But of course, they can also use a plethora of other tax dodges and pay 0%.

Sooo.... Why does Perry want to eliminate the capital gains tax??? Is it because he's working for the American middle class and poor???
