working as a courier here in the UK

pulls up outside house, looks for pen. no sign of it. shit, dropped it, i thought. hunted through the car, nothing. not one fucking pen in the car. couldn't believe it.

went to customers house and she kindly gave me a pen to carry on with

gets back in car, looks in item box on passenger seat, HALF A DOZEN fucking pens in there

1991 driving my truck east bound I-70 into Denver when I came out the east end of the I-70 Eisenhower tunnel at 3 am on a winter snow covered night and to my right stood two giant gray moose that had to stand at least 9-10 feet tall looking at me as I past them only 5 feet away on the shoulder of the road.

I was driving a kenworth w900l which is a long hood large car and that hood had to be at least 7 foot off the ground for these two moose, to look me in the cab, had to be over 9 to 10 foot. They just kept their eyes on me as I went by real slow.

Okay here ya go. I took a walk at sunset down a country road around christmas time. Not too many houses on this road, just a few. As I approached the nearest house I saw what looked like two foot high elves, 2 or 3 of them, dancing around the front yard at sunset. When I saw them that's immediately what I thought they looked like, elves. Here's the weird thing; they appeared to have white christmas lights strung over and around their body, and they were dancing. I blinked my eyes, looked the other way, looked back, and they were gone. Nothing. Dissapeared that fast. I continued walking and took a good hard look at that front yard once I got to it and saw nothing in the yard that I could have mistaken for moving dancing little people. I was stone cold sober that evening and I swear on my life that I saw something weird.

Now I know somebody out there has that link to the totally awesome original weird thing in the woods thread, put er up so I can access it and save it to my computer.

Found a man and his Cadillac high up in rough terrains. No way he drove there in the caddy.

My uncle found a field full of pot that wasn't his; shortly thereafter a field full of swat team jumped up out of the woods and arrested him. Since it wasn't his pot he got off with community service.

I did this the other day with a friend, I remembered this story from years ago here on gop. There's a tree in his yard that doesn't seem to be doing much, I need to find out what happened, now that a couple months have gone by.

She felt alone

In 2005 I walked out to my car at around 9pm to get a cigar that I had left in my glovebox. I lit it up, because my girlfriend at the time didn't like cigar smoke.

I lived in a fairly secluded area in West Virginia at the time. So I'm puffing on this cigar in my driveway, and I look up. I see these 3 beams of light in the sky... well maybe not beams. I dunno.

The best way I can describe it is that they looked as though a door was opened in a pitch black room. There was three of them in the sky, these three doors, letting light through. So I walked into the woods a bit to get a better look.

After looking at this thing for about 20 minutes or so, they just went black. I noticed that my cigar had went out, so I made my was back to the house, and my girlfriend was on the porch waiting for me.

I asked her if she was out here looking at the lights. She said no, she was out here looking for me cause I had been gone so long.

So long? I was gone 20 minutes. Sheesh.

She said... It's after 4am! You have been gone like 7 fucking hours to smoke that cigar that is still in your fucking hand.

I've had many but my most recent was a group of lights following me on a highway.
They were about 20 ft behind me in the right lane and I was in the left.
They were about the size of basket balls in a solid straight line. Very very bright but the quality of light was such it did not hurt my eyes like highbeams would.
it certainly was NOT a car or truck because they vanished into thin air after cruising with me for about 1/2 a mile.
It was almost as if the street lights got together and followed me. I was so confused and could not figure out what exactly I was looking at.

Also had a bright light open and close in a group of bushes above my house in the middle of the night. It was like an eye opening with a bright light inside.
That happened the following nights after the lights were following me. This freaked me out more than the lights on the highway.

Back in 1983 when my husband and I were newlyweds, we rented a small 1 bedroom apartment. We had gone to bed one night, and for what ever reason I could not sleep After about three hours of tossing and turning I decided to get up and go into the living room and read. Just as I was getting out of bed I began to hear a loud noise, like something being dropped on the floor over and over again. The repeated dropping sound woke my husband up and he turned on the light to find the source of the noise. What we found was a hairbrush on top of my dressing was jumping around like it was having a seizure. My husband picked it up, and the damn thing kept jumping around in his hand ! He threw it against the wall, and when it hit the floor it stopped. To this day I cannot explain it.

That's some next level paranormality.

Should've made an x-files episode about it.
