Blacks have been allowed lower scores on federal government jobs since the 60's. Just like Vets and women they are given extra points when it comes to hiring because when you have nothing but a bunch of old white men doing the hiring they don't get a fair chance. Don't tell me this does not happen I have worked in human resource and I know for a fact blacks and women don't get a fair chance. |
