And just to clarify, I do not subscribe to Mayan beliefs. However, I think that whatever trickster gods (fallen angels) that visited them told them a lot of vital info. Even if this info was part of a deceptive scheme...

So, when they say an ET king will return (one of the nine lords of the underworld), what may really be happening is the hybridization of the anti-christ with a blue-blood.

And when they say the end of an age, they may be speaking about the beginning of the apocalypse...
