The implosion will occur sometime before 11 a.m. A large number of law enforcement officers will be present to secure the immediate site. The safety radius does not reach Belt Line Road, however, the roadway will be closed to all traffic during the actual implosion. You may hear a loud noise and see a dust cloud. The Luminant Community Relations Office can be reached at [email protected] should you have any questions. There will be no public access. This happened at 9:40 though. I teach out here and my entire classroom of students just freaked out. Also, there was an insane amount of bass noise around here on Tuesday...but I'm pretty sure it was just airplane's doing what the call "slam dunk" landings. |

I don't know what the fuck it was but it's odd that I also heard a boom shortly after people in Texas report hearing something. Maybe they're completely unrelated but it makes me wonder. |
