User ID: 29317919 United States 03/01/2013 03:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My personal spiritual quest has taken me to all ends of theology, mythology and philosophy that I had to really think about what the question I was really asking was? Quoting: Matt C For me, and I think many others, the question has always been "Does God exist?" Well, that's a fine question to which men have debated countless millenia over. I had to break down what I was really looking for into a more answerable(?) question. So, I asked "Would a benevolent God really want their creation to worship them?" In no faculty of thought, can I possibly reason to believe a benevolent God would want its creations to worship them. I would want those creations to grow, thrive, prosper and progress to the point of equality. To see those creations as peers. So, whether a divine entity exists or not, I have found irrelevant because I would not worship it either way. I acknowledge it. I accept it. I strive to be its peer. Nothing more. He's not the kind you have to wind up on a Sunday. 1s 2s 2p 3s 3p 4s 3d 4p 5s 4d 5p 6s 4f 5d 6p 7s 5f 6d 7p |

Walk with god, as god walks with you, inside you, the good voice you hear, that is your god, be grateful for all you have and always start with that, being grateful, it will brighten your day...And smile more. |

I think moreso He wants you to be thankful/greatful for the things that you have been given. And not to abuse these things. But again, if He wants worship why would you ask "why"? Honest question Quoting: IamHim 34985387 This is asinine. I assume you follow one of the Abrahamic religions. If your god asks you to kill your child you wouldn't ask why? Abraham didn't. Why? To test his faith. That is no benevolent god. |

So He can give and take it as He pleases no? What does He actually OWE to you? NOTHING. WE OWE HIM. He gave us life. He gave us a perfect world and look what we turned it into. And no Im not speaking of the "original sin" Im talking about the wars and destruction we have placed on this world. And I believe in the God of Abraham but do not specifically follow any of the Abrahamic faiths. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 16227053 Netherlands 03/01/2013 04:15 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The way I see it is that a god, creator (equal to us) created this universe of light and we came here to explore this universe in all dimensions. We came as starseeds, explored all dimensions and almost ready to be universal creators of light ourselves (not all of us yet). The god creator of this universe does not want any worship, why should (s)he? That's what churches and the entities behind religion want us to do, a false entitie god which made human believe in Him.. but that is not the creator god of this universe.. but the creator of the 4th dimension (false light/dark). |

Whats wrong with doing this to the One that gave you life? Gave you an existence where everything (well before the elite took away things) that we need is within reach? We didnt have to go to the moon to get water and mars to get food. Everything on earth. Whats wrong with showing appreciation for these things? |
