They usually give you a collection kit. You use a stick to poke your poo and smear a sample onto a lab sample card that fits into a container.

Here's what you do.

Don't "go" for a few days, and stuff your face with plenty of food so you can build up a monster "load".

When you just have to "go", find a large cardboard box and take a MASSIVE DUMP in it!

Make sure to SQUEEZE IT ALL OUT, then take the box with you to your next appointment.

Use public transport on a hot day, if at all possible.
