Here's something fun to do! You don't need a musical instrument to play with Cymatics. You can get pitch forks aka tuning forks and experiment.

I'll suggest tuning forks at A440, A432, and A415 because that's what we've been discussing here. Except for the A415; that's generally accepted as Baroque pitch.

Then you'll need three Pyrex® or Anchor Hawking® or sturdy clear glass bowls, all the same size. A box of liquid food dye, the little dropper kind work great. Plain tap water, distilled water, and spring water.

This gives you three different pitches and three different kinds of water to test. If you've not used a tuning fork before, practice sounding it a few times, getting comfortable with the strike & vibrations.

Fill the three bowls each with one of the different waters. Put one drop of liquid food dye into each bowl. Sound one of the tuning forks, any one to start with. Set it on the surface close to the bowls. Watch what happens.

How does the different types of water react to the vibrations from the tuning fork? Do any of the waters create patterns with the dye? If there are patterns, how do they appear?

You can also do one bowl of water at a time. Sound the tuning fork & gently rest it against the bowl. Put a drop of dye into the water. Watch what happens.

Be very careful with the tuning forks & glass bowls. The tuning fork vibrations also cause the glass to respond with sympathetic vibrations.

Xerces, I have 30-strings over 4-octaves (let me check the exact ranges, i think it's low bass F, bass F, middle F, high F--F Maj scale, Bs-flat) so I've not really tested each string for it's Hz. Plus I use brass wires and they can be temperamental, not wanting to hold exact tuning. I fudge a LOT.

And that's 8-cents difference between A440 and A432 not 8Hz *big grin* Yes, 8Hz would be a massive difference.

According to the Revelations, the entire physical reality was Created by means of the Ten Principal Phonetic Tones--Long and short a, e, i, o and u.

They are referred to in the Book of Daniel and the Revelation of John as the "ten horns".

Jesus allegorizes those tones in the parable about the "Ten Virgins".

There are also "5 trees" in paradise (Gospel of Thomas)--each vowel having two principal tones.

HaHa, yes a relative of the zither. A harp. My favourite is a replica Gothic Harp with 30 gut strings.

Our bodies are a very high percentage water. Think about that for a bit. We're also gestated in water. Think about that, too.

One more thing to think about... What has changed significantly in regards to creating music?

Tesla knew this as well.

Tesla put the vibrator in his pocket and went away. Ten minutes more and he could have laid the building in the street. And, with the same vibrator he could have dropped the Brooklyn Bridge into the East River in less than an hour.

There have been reports that people have been cured of ailments by having a close encounter with lightning. Amperage is what kills you, not so much voltage.

It would make sense that if you oscillated voltage at a particular frequency to match the frequency resonance of the organism within the body causing the sickness that it would cause it to die.

This may need a thread of its own....

I saw this vid. when it was posted earlier on in this thread's history, but had to listen again. There is a certain pitch here that is just divine for me. Ahhhhh......

LoL it's pure bliss when everything is in tune with full harmonics. Tuning is quite relaxing actually. Honestly feel it has to do with the vibrations running through the body.

And yes, that is exactly what my harp looks like :-)

Nikola Tesla is fascinating. It's a shame his research papers were confiscated and/or destroyed. The application(s) of energy/vibration/frequency has so many benefits. Most people latch on to "free energy"...
