4 bd/2 bath on the south-east- owned it. However it doesn't mean I don't pay something to keep it though. Have to keep the maintenance on it plus the insurance( just in case someone comes on the property and breaks a leg) and of course taxes on it.
Yeah, I'm not making a payment any more but it does cost me about $200 monthly in taxes and insurance.
