I think this is conditioning Yup I agree..Over the weekend I went to the VA state fair, the local police department which I belive was Caroline County had there new SWAT vehicle on display. It was massive like a black tank/truck mixture. People were taking pictures looking at it like it was so cool so conditioning was all that was going on.
