I have a bad feeling about today, quake-wise. There's already been the 6.1, but I fear worse. With all factors combined that have already been mentioned in recent posts and in consideration of all the recent activity.

How to make thieves oil and why you should be using it daily

Excellent read! I’ve staved off sinus infections for two years now using thieves on the soles of my feet at night and by using the humidifier which I run right next to my bed. After I put the oil on my feet I hold them over the humidifier for a couple minutes. Let the oil penetrate and the steam wafts it up and into the room.

I'm probably about to over-post, but so be it.

The thought of the above, combined with the knowledge of meds in general, is really making me not want to take the meds I've recently been prescribed...so I stopped. I'm fully aware that this is not a good idea and that I shouldn't abruptly stop medication, but wtf. I'm sick of the poison. I'll take the blood pressure medication so that I don't go dying on my daughter, but fuck all these meds they're trying to have me take with their guess of a diagnosis.

Big Pharma can suck my ass. : )

I haven't been feeling right lately. Pins and needles/tingling/numbness on my face and arms and hands. Face is weird. Lips especially. Heart feels weird. The fact that I can feel it is worrisome in itself.

My friend Jessica who I've talked about here many times found her mom dead yesterday morning. My poor friend has been through so damn much. Those who pray, please say one for her. And her kiddos. : (

Oh wow. verysad

I am so sorry Sim. I remember Jessica, how could I not. She has been through so much the past two years. February will always be such a sad month for her an her kids. I also know how much it touches you as her best friend.

Life is so extremely unfair at times. My most heartfelt thoughts and prayers to her, her kids, the family and you. I hope that when time passes, she can pick up her life again in the knowledge that Steve and her mom are never really gone, but forever live deep in her heart. hfrose
 Quoting: InterMezzo

You're so wonderful. Of course you remembered that these tragic events occurred in February for her.

I attended Steve's wake on my birthday that year. My sweet friend apologized to me at the wake, that I had to spend my birthday that way, that year. She has a huge heart. And of course my b-day was the LAST thing on my mind that day.

She texted me last night saying that she is officially banning February. I so understand. As I see you do, as well. hugs
 Quoting: Simple27

I totally understand Jessica saying that. Poor girl. And those kids. Life sucks at times. :(

And you better be careful yourself with your health Sim. That tingling face feeling doesn't sound good at all.

There's a lot of talk about the energy bursts people feel, be it positive or negative, ecstatic, easily angered, physical etc.

Here is an interesting take on it about the connection to the Snow Super Moon period, at its highest force between 8 and 14 February.

This sounds like an allergy, this is what happens to people who are allergic to fish / seafood. Lips especially.
May be time for a complete elimination diet,,,,and keeping a journal of anything you add after a month. Eating only meat and veggies and fruit. No dairy (also causes tingling), grains / corn, just meat / veggies / fruit. Give it a month, then add one thing for a week and see if anything happens.
It could be one of these pharm pills causing this also, check on their side effects.

Praying for your health, always...

 Quoting: Simple27

I'm sorry you're feeling so weird! I think your choice is wise, assuming there is no risk to your life to go off these meds without tapering. I very rarely have taken a pharmaceutical. One of the few I ever did take regularly many years ago (PPIs) created a whole different problem with my gut health/flora and pH level. Unfortunately I was young and stupid at the time, and had no clue what I was taking or that it wasn't even what I needed for my issue. As we all know, big pharma is all about the money, and most drugs create further side effects that require even more drugs. It's a vicious cycle they create. I don't know if that stat is correct about such a large percentage of drugs coming from China (I haven't looked at the thread yet), but I don't care where they come from, I wouldn't trust them any more coming from the US.

Also, your symptoms sound a lot like an allergy, so all the more reason to go off them. Assuming that's what it's from, although you might want to consider other things you're eating or using that might be out of the ordinary.

I totally agree about the pharm prescriptions.
I have only about 3 times in my life taken an antiobiotic, and once an antihistamine for poison ivy.
A doctor at a mandatory teacher checkup, told me my cholesterol was off the charts high....
I told him I like my high cholesterol, lol at the face he made......the people with the highest cholesterol lived the longest in better health, than those on statins.

That was in 1998, haven't been to a doctor since,,,except quick-clinic for a cut / bleeding toe.

I figure our healing comes from a good and simple diet, and these days, choosing organic foods.

I have always instead taken supplements for whatever may be missing...

...made it this far without getting put on the pharm treadmill......praying I'll just pass away from some instant stroke or something so I don't have to go to a hospital.
