Warning to those you like ALMONDS

but the sun dries them and makes them better.

but, roasted almonds with sea salt is okay.

I just got chewed out by the Wife because I ate half the canister!

At least you left half the container, I've stumbled across 3 peanuts in the container and was like wft is this for? It's just not right when all you want is a handful and there's only 3 in there. I would have rather found an empty container in the trash.

I HATE that!! happens with the orange juice all the time. I know it's bc they don't wanna rinse it out!!

Every good food out there that had any single ingredient that would lead to good health or prevention has been perverted, contaminated, adulterated or otherwise rendered neutered.

Take Florida avocados for example. They were naturally huge and contained a specific ingredient in their make up that was super beneficial to humans. That ingredient was removed from them and now the avocados claim they are low fat.

For those of you dumb enough to think that the little bit of PPO sprayed on almonds is really not harmful and is insignificant you are either blind, stupid or simply don't care or know....

it isn't just about this little bit sprayed on almonds...it is about the bigger picture of a little bit sprayed on this item, a little bit sprayed on that item...this item modified, that item modified and when you look at all you are consuming on a daily basic it is a heavy large toxic dose of chemical.
Heck you don't even need a dose of Fukushima...you are being poisoned in so many ways it is just incredible...and at least a third of that toxic dose is going in your mouth.

If you choose to continue to consume sprayed almonds that is your choice but at least now you are an informed consumer and you cannot deny that.

Well, I'm certainly not dumb, but I will continue to eat'em.

I've lived a nice long life and will enjoy what is left.

I do appreciate your insight and the time you spent laying out this information out.

Not meant to be directed at you. I do get intense sometimes in may postings and honestly it was a "general" statement.

Anymore there just isn't anything left almost that isn't untainted in some way and we do have to eat something.

Our options are diminishing by the hour.

Men and their secret code for shopping list is almost empty containers. Thanks for the heads up, it really is frustrating finding these almost empty containers everywhere! lol! But sometimes we don't find these empty containers until after we get back from the store so leaving them on the counter is a better way to communicate.
