World’s biggest investor BlackRock says US rally nearing exhaustion

BlackRock, the world’s biggest investor, has warned that central banks are poised to tighten monetary policy in the Anglo-Saxon countries and China, advising clients to be ready to pull out of global stock markets at any sign of serious trouble.

“2014 is the year to squeeze more juice out of risk assets. But investors should be ready to discard the fruit when it starts running dry,” said Ewen Cameron Watt, chief strategist for the BlackRock Investment Institute.

The group said in its 2014 Investment Outlook that investors have “jumped on the momentum train, effectively betting yesterday’s strategy will win again tomorrow”, but vanishing liquidity could leave them trapped if the mood changes. “Beware of traffic jams: easy to get into, hard to get out of,” it said.

Doorbert, this isn't the drop yet. We're looking at a couple to few more months trading with much reduced volatility as we loiter at the ascending trendline.

Bitcoin will soar.

The key is to see how price reacts at key pivots.

The buy the dip for ES or short the rally for GC could quickly fade once stops are taken out.

Traps abound.

I've been hearing that they won't taper. And if they start and stocks plunge they will stop. They can do what they want since they rig the game.

i stopped wearing underwear in 1997.

If you watch the stock market day after day when you see the market just a little above 1 to <10 you know they are manipulation it on those days... the problem is most people do not understand anything about it..

so the trillions of $88 Billion monthly that is being printed out of thin air is NOT on the minds of the low information voters.

Just think about it $88 Billion a month to keep OBama looking good.

Those are the dates to watch

The key is the press coverage. There is press coverage invited to the Dec meeting. There wasnt for Oct, Nov and Jan.

3000 contracts trade in one second on the COMEX Gold Exchange...but no, it's not being manipulated.

QE will not stop.

It is like crack to them.

They will only threaten taper to make an artificial correction.

They are not quite ready to kill off the dollar yet.

Bonds are betting against Taper on consumer sentiment...

Commodities are all betting against the Taper right now, stocks are wishy washy with poor shopping season retail data continuing to pour in...

I still think they will continue to signal taper at the December FOMC, but they won't actually do it until January...

I'm telling you, Dodd-Frank, Basel III, Taper are all tied together, they're trying to insulate the mega banks and systemically important financial institutions from the coming storm...
