Anonymous Coward User ID: 73629768 Russia 02/02/2020 03:31 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I was just surfing around the net tonight and discovered that I missed a major astronomical event in Tucson where I live. Evidently last night (Tuesday) about 7:00pm (while I was working at my desk three flights up by a window that gives me a great view of all of Tucson) there was an explosion right over my head followed by a huge flash of light - and I missed it! I guess houses shook, items fell off shelves, people came running out of their houses in droves to see the spectacle, fingers pointed to the sky. And I missed it! Quoting: thepatrioticgirl I think it's a crock of shit. Today, just 12 hours after the event,I worked at an auction that draws hundreds of people from all over Arizona - and no one said a thing?? Nothing?? The only proof that CNN and others are showing of this "explosion" is a ridiculous 15 second video and some fake Tucson residents remarking about the fake excitement at a fake restaurant. I'm supposed to believe that out of all the hundreds of people who supposedly came running outside, only one guy "was lucky enough" to have recorded it - and with a dashcam no less! Who has a dashcam in Tucson beside the cops?? [link to www.cnn.com] As I studied the fakery, I noticed some very interesting things: 1) the media goes out of their way to connect this meteor explosion "kind of/sort of/but not really " with the Geminid meteor shower shower that is supposed to happen this weekend. They can't say for sure if that's what it was but the military (when asked by the news stations)said they hadn't a clue either. 2) the media made sure to mention all the conspiracy theorists who are saying that it was a UFO (didn't hear that anywhere either). But it weighed at least 100 pounds - of THAT they are sure. I think we're being set up. One news headline said "Did you see it? Explosion in the AZ sky!" .....power of suggestion anyone? And the people being interviewed (actors) were acting as if it was no big deal but, boy, was it spectacular!!!I think we're being set up for something coming really really soon. Or am I out of my mind and there really was an explosion and a huge flash of light over my head last night and I missed it??? See, given Virginia's history with the 2nd amendment, it's hard for me to believe they would vote these people in. They must all be thinking this now as well. This is just more confirmation to me that voting is just a rigged fucking system. Who is going to challenge it? We can't claim to be awake to the government corruption and criminality and still believe that the voting system is on the up and up. That would be ridiculous. Why would these criminals allow their hardcore agenda to be dictated by the people via a voting system when they can simply "fix" it?? They wouldn't. So don't be so quick to blame the people. It doesn't make any sense. |

Well, if it is shelter in place and they get caught out, they need to get picked up and put to work cleaning out the hospitals. Maybe if they have to haul around bodies for awhile they will think twice about what they are doing. Not to mention, if they get sick, and if they make their families sick, they have only themselves to blame. |

Granted, I haven't been back in awhile, but I lived there for seven years. My husband's ashes are in Lake Tahoe. The water is so clear that tourists who are clueless think they are looking at brown water when they are looking at the sand through the water. Locals will laugh when tourists want to purchase a water bottles "for the three colors of water in Lake Tahoe." SLT has suffered financially with the recession and when the money for a big project got cut. But, it is getting it together now. Don't be such a negative, hostile, jerk. And, please, go to Mexico. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75452599 That's how much if a shithole Tucson is. ~~~~~ I saw more lightening working in Dallas 3 months than I saw in California over 55 years, so that’s something to consider too. Native Californian & lightening is quite rare. In Dallas one bolt hit the ground by my car & the next, a flash of white light that lasted 4 seconds, only white was visible, heat to my face, loud clash & my car bounced! The only thing I didn’t find was a hole! Anyway... probably a .0000003% chance of getting hit by lightening in Southern California. |

You know I have to count me as lucky because I can choose to stay at home and not going out, I never thought I was actually going to need to do so but it happened and I can. But many people don’t have that choice. Yesterday I had to get out for a series of specific reasons that needed my attention for several hours, and it was a shocking experience, because I fully realized that a normal ability to function and a proper safety and avoidance of infection, are incompatible.
