Acknowledge the spirit, and tell them that unless they have something important to tell you, they should leave you alone. Then go about your day as if they aren't there.

My family has our own spirit issues. The family ghosts have learned to leave me alone.

These are not spirits in a sense, but your own awareness becoming conscious of its duality. Everyone is made up of 2 essences, you can call it, good or bad, light or dark, white, or black. You have now been given a choice in your life, you have reached a pinnacle as to which side you will cater toward more. As it seems... The only way to diminish the feeling of 2 sides, or spirits is to become fully neutral in every aspect of your life, if you can commit to being happy and accepting with any situation, no matter what it may be, than the concept of the 2 sides or presences will dissipate, this is what Buddhist refer to as nirvana. Clearly you have been practicing some type of spiritual enlightenment or expanding of consciousness. This is just another step in your spiritual evolution. I hope this helps, as there is no instant cure or treatment for this kind of thing.

get used to it op, life is a constant battle, and the interplay of energy's is constantly at play, I suggest trying to find a balance, perhaps try and ground more to give your position more stability :)
