The ribbon idea is maybe not bad, but really kids should not be running up to any dogs that they don't know. I had a cat that lived in the store. You wouldn't believe how people would just come up and maul him. They really had no manners when it came to animals. He had some pride, and didn't appreciate being woken up by strangers grabbing at him while he was sleeping. Who would? |

Yeah I hear ya. 2 of my cats are sweet but the oldest one is a meanie. people don't understand why she tries to bite their fingers off when they try to poke her. I haven't actually seen this as I do not live in a heavily populated area but maybe you do and have seen a "yellow ribbon" tied somewhere on the leash or collar of a dog? A yellow ribbon around a dog’s collar is to help children identify that you need to proceed with caution. The dog may not be child friendly, may have fear or anxiety issues, or may be overly excited. Either way, caution should be applied when approaching. 50% rule Let me know if you have seen this or are currently involved! ~ Haarpy Its the yellow ribbon makin the dogs nervous and stressed out...they hate that color.... |

Although the concept is nice and I get it. I bet 100 dollars this will end up badly for one of the dogs and their owners in court in the next year. |
