I don't think many historians deny the existence of Jesus. His existence is pretty well documented.

It's everything else about him that people doubt.

Jesus was very real indeed, not only was jesus real. His father was a rapist as well.

The best historical evidence of the existence of Jesus has been suppressed by the Catholic Church. He spent more than a decade in India studying the magical wisdom of other ascended masters and spent time in at least one mystery school. Jesus was a very different guy than he is portrayed as by modern Christianity. Too bad his message got hijacked by a religion/political organization.

He was invented by the romans to keep the jews under control. Religion is there to control slaves. Who fights in these wars and who directs them, the slaves and their masters. When you go in a church, why do you think its constructed like a court room.

Mr, Christians were the enemies of Rome, that's historical fact. Rome destroyed Jerusalém in 70 A.D. by the hands of Titus. Thousands were killed with the Roman killing device called Colliseum. To say Christ was invented by Romans is the most stupid thing ever heard.

Christians became a stone in Rome's shoe because in spite of Roman cruelty, the number of Christians grew to incredible levels, the things started to change centuries later when emperor Constantine saw a cross in the sky and repented at the last minute and became a Christian himself, he was baptized. Then Rome mixed their own paganism with the Christianism and eventually something completely different arose, a sincretism of paganism including Mitraism.

Now, usually people with poor culture sart to "jump" topics, mixing one with another. One thing is religion, other is God and other are the philosophical moral issues asking ourselves why would God be or behave in relation to mankind. Atheists are usually angry about human history and rather than investigating the logic of the discussion, they do like this dude, they approach with moral issues assuming a would-be God outta be responsible for our deeds. The situation wouldn't be different if we were created by ETs with genetic direct engineering. If the outcome is a mess, that wouldn't eliminate the creation itself ... if ever.

In flesh and blood, and people still denied him, beat him, spit on him, crucified him.

Christianism shouldn't even exist. Its very existence among Roman empire is a miracle itself. The very gospels show Christ's disciples became afraid and hid. That's the very beginning of the group. Now if you wanna discuss the difference between Christ people assume and the historical Christ, that is something else and it won't be easy to discover because a Jew accused of being a magician and blasphemer HAD HIS NAME CHANGED BY THEM so he would become invisible in history. It's even impossible his name being Jesus with letter 'j' invented about 1600 years after Christ! There was not "us" letters after his name at all. Muslim people remember his name being Issa or Isa for good reasons I won't spend my time and energy discussing that.

Gospels do have a code, the notion we have to follow a miracle-man just because he performed miracles, needs to be changed. I think millions of Christians do not understand the message of Christ which was like Hindu Vedanta, people get relief because the miracles cos they think in the afterlife there won't be problems and since we have earthly problems, the elimination of them all at least in the head, brings comfort. The video starts off by quoting Tacitus. Tacitus' account was not contemporary. He lived between 55 and 120 AD. It was much after the supposed crucifixion of the fictitious Jesus.
