But if we can pack a little more snow onto the Sierra Nevada Mountains, we might be slightly better off this coming summer. Trying to bring GLP together. I've done some reading that agrees with those numbers, but then, the articles were probably based on the data on that page. It's probably worse than what they show there, though. What is it with California and their constant boom or bust no matter what the topic... fires or no fires... money or no money... jobs or no jobs... No water now, but it will come back and they will be bitching about floods in a few years... the reservoirs will be full and the liberals will waste it again, only bitch when there is none a few years later. Have a nice day = GFY. GFY = Go Fuck Yourself. If this offends you then have a nice day. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 53532025 United States 01/28/2014 12:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This drought is horrible out here Quoting: parascope 34132553 Farmers are already killing herds because the water supply is so low Fruits and vegetables in california are about to be rare out here. We will have to import most of those from go fields in Mexico. Mmmmm Does someone have a link they can provide here which describes the amount of time we have before reservoir supplies run dry? I have a feeling it will be THIS year for california and it is not supposed to rain for years according to many scientists. They are not killing herds they are selling them to Texas get your fear mongering straight dimwit! |

User ID: 46648679 United States 01/28/2014 12:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In 1977 California was in a bad drought. The water companies announced a coming rise in water rates when in a few months California was virtually flooded with rain! We had new lakes in places that I had never seen before and close to a month of constant rain giving most people cabin fever! I still remember all the fishing in a basin in Corona California with men pulling out large fish from that basin! I only hope this happens again. HarryKnows |
