And check this -- you may have noted that any time we suggest people could be prosecuted for fraud in Sandy Hook (or any other crime), legal whizzes here swoop in and flood us with lawyer-speak as to how this is completely impossible. Yet, from the article: "[Alba] initially was charged by the feds in December 2012 with making false statements." Looks like lying to police really is a crime. Imagine that. |

Raises a red flag to me that it was dropped--need to find details of the case i.e. was Alba insisting on trial and having the Pozner family testify? |

Red flag is that she is an example not a real criminal. Had to make a diversion from all the SH charities about to be set up. Let me work on why this took place. I have a pretty good idea why. Is there a chance we could get some honesty up in here? |
