I do our HIPAA compliance at my place of work. We all know that Obamacare violates HIPAA rules. The problem is, if we violate the rules, we get potential civil and criminal penalties. The government doesn't. They are above the law. And nobody cares. It's just the way it is now.

This is what it has come down to.

I have not used health insurance in years. But that's because I stay out of the system by:

Not eating crap.
Growing some of my own stuff.
Eating grassfed beef from a ranch.
Not eating vegetable oils. They are poison.
Not eating wheat. Modern wheat is poison.
Drinking raw milk. Grocery tore milk is poison.
Knowing that the low fat diet is a huge failure.

Pay the farmer. Or pay the doctor.

You will see tax changes in the next year or two that will make the transfer of wealth more obvious.

It is all a mental health shill and trollfest.

It's like watching a horror movie through your fingers of your hands that cover your face. I want to be an informed American but I am SO scared of the truth to what is really going on here.

Our info isn't protected at all when transcription companies send dictation to India and the Phillipines to be (incorrectly) transcribed. HIPPA is a complete joke.

You need someone who knows what they’re doing, right? Knows the language inside and out. Knows that 50 mg of your diabetes medication is good, but 500 mg could kill you. Someone who knows the difference between your ileum and your ilium. Someone who doesn’t just understand English, but understands medicalese English spoken by a doctor with a heavy Louisiana accent (who still happens to be eating that dang sandwich).

Instead, my dear readers, this sound file, after it reaches the medical transcription company, is likely being sent over to India."

The medical profession, in its widest sense, touches all of us. I know confidentiality issues exist today in healthcare. That's a given, despite ongoing efforts to keep stuff private - but zerokare is like opening up the gates for a stampede of invasions of privacy.
