America’s Top 10 Corporate Tax Avoiders

Caterpillar avoided $2.4 billion in taxes thanks to a reorganization that housed its most profitable business in Switzerland, according to a Senate report.

While the report, from the Senate Permanent subcommittee on Investigations, said Caterpillar had done nothing illegal, it criticized the manufacturing giant for trying to avoid paying U.S. taxes.

Last time I checked tax avoidance was a crime!

And also the last time I checked yes everyone wants to avoid tax but the people well they don't get tax rebates when they don't pay taxes do they or let off from paying tax do they, well unless they want to go up against the IRS and that don't turn out too well for the little people does it.

But I see people like you are okay with this but the people on welfare you are more than happy to serve up some whoop ass for them.

The ordinary Taxpayer a person of "modest means" has to compete with tax cheating parasites who can afford a "private army" of "Darwinian Selected" malignant psychopaths with zero conscience, morals, ethics, or civic responsibility.

While these Parasites live off a culture and society that was created to be representative of the "People" by the People and for the People.

Our country is run by corporations. the rich and big business will always get tax breaks. they are the job creators. look at how many jobs they have created. In China.

The U.S. tax code is the beast of revelations. Those that abuse it are literally the whores of Babylon that rides upon it. If you do not accept the mark of this beast (compliance) you are prohibited from being able to buy and sell. You will not be able to afford many things you need for survival unless you are able to write them off. Businesses can not hire you if you have tax problems. Yet IRS agents are the most concentrated, delinquent group of tax cheats in the USA.

The most intelligent person in the world, with 10 years of study could not fully understand the tax laws. Einstein could not do his own personal income taxes. (Truth!)

And if none of this strikes a chord with you, consider that the entire nuclear power industry could not exist if not for the current tax system to bail them out of catastrophes. G.E. and many other tax exempt companies built reactors around the world including fukishima.

If Americans were required to pay an itemized war tax, they would not have chosen to be involved in *ANY* of the wars of the 20th century, where tax fueled governments killed billions of innocent souls.

Here is the crux, Fhirinne. These bankers, CEO's etc are not doing anything illegal. They know the laws backwards and forwards and they know every loophole. How do you think these guys get away with it? How do you think a Harry Reid or a Diane Feinstein or the CEO of Pfizer can get away with paying no income tax at all? They are going by the book. They helped to create the loopholes to keep it all nice and legal. They know the laws and have an entire legion of attorneys and financial advisors soley for the purpose of figuring out new ways to game the system.

In all truth I just figured these companies bought most of congress with the money they lobby them with.

I just think it stinks they get away with it while little folk like the Browns was it? Who didn't pay taxes and got vocal about it were water boarded so it was said a few years ago.
