Anonymous Coward User ID: 58611983 Argentina 05/28/2014 06:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | While down in Ga. December 31 I had a mental break with reality. In the days prior I was troubled by visions and was wandering around not knowing who or what I was. After being taken to the hospital by the local police. It was determined to be Post Stroke Psychosis (I had a small stroke in the months prior) and the Psychiatrist said I was a danger to myself or others. So they found me a really nice Psychiatric Hospital, I was back to normal after 2 weeks but that doesn't make me a bad person does it? But the food was really good Quoting: Guitarguy55 I bear my soul on this site because I've no one else to bear it to!! Peace and Love Guitarguy55 Why would it make you a bad person? you were ill - many many others also go through mental illness |

Although the course of growth toward higher levels of functioning and perceiving life follows a predictable progression; spiritual emergency is generally unpredictable, erupting chaotically and spewing forth contents of the psyche that demand attention." - Emma Bragdon PhD |

This is very common in SC, for example [link to stroke.about.com] Why does amyloid angiopathy cause bleeding in the brain? Amyloid deposits tend to accumulate inside the walls of arteries in the brain, causing them to deteriorate over time until they break down and bleed. Very often, bleeding is localized to tiny areas called “petechial hemorrhages,” but when amyloid angiopathy leads to a large bleed, it can be life threatening. One of the hallmarks of ICH caused by amyloid angiopathy, is that it occurs typically in areas near the surface of the brain, in a distribution typically referred to as “lobar |
