I just went on my first flight in years since way before all this TSA and negative police stuff that gets posted here and all the conspiracy sites and I call BS on all of what's in my topic. We arrived at the airport and were greeted by TSA personnel while in line after I pre-checked in online and they were polite, no intrusive / invasive questions (unless you consider how're you doing sir? an invasive question), Had my toiletries in a plastic zip lock for inspection - told not necessary. Breezed through the x-ray area, told to just leave our shoes on (my nephew started untying his), & not the slightest bit of problems.

Drove all over Mobile Al. with no drive out sticker on newly purchased used Lincoln Town Car Cartier, police behind me at a stop light once & not stopped then or anywhere while there. Drove from Mobile to N.M. and only stopped once in heart of Dallas by a sheriff (he was black and we're Spanish if that matters to anyone), because I got on a toll way having quickly changed across two lanes in front of hime - no turn signal, while getting directions from motel rep on my cell phone visible up near my ear. The sheriff pulled us over and later said (after saying he's not issuing any ticket or warning), that because there was no drive out sticker on the car and getting on the toll highway the way I did (I was trying to cross to an exit), it looked suspicious to him. He was just doing his job IMO. Totally cool & after checking my driving records and my insurance on the car. Voluntarily directed us back to the exit we missed and on our way!

Plenty of police / troopers on the highways and towns in between and no stops after that. Home now and no worries about ever flying or driving intersate again. My nephew and I predicted that if we were gonna get pulled over anywhere it would probably be Texas, but I gave the sheriff enough reason to.

Next trip will be to Vegas where I used to go practically twice a month until 15 years ago. That's how long I haven't been on a flight.

Call shill and bash away all you want. All I know is I had a much needed fun and safe vacation and have me newsed (one owner 54K Cartier, used - like new), car in my carport and I'm not worried about flying anywhere anymore.
