It should be so difficult to fire the CEO ... this "statigraphical" layering of law and legislature has become a beast of burden. This is why the founding fathers kept it streamlined and simple : precorporatization.

You have to figure out how to not allow this to happen again: like what happens if hillary wins and goes bannanas with the same criminal shadyness of her past? Are you going to struggle do this over and over again? I think it's even time to evaluate what is democracy in the modern context and why did the fathers found a republic "for which it stands".
