Quoting: Hugh M Eye "While these pages are typically chock full of scary or depressing scenarios, there is one risk that is head-and-shoulders above all the rest in terms of the scope of potential damage adjusted for the likelihood of occurrence," Singer wrote to clients of his $24.8 billion Elliott Management on Monday in a standard investment update letter. [link to www.cnbc.com] There is nothing that can be done about it, so not sure what the warning is for. Only the ultra rich / 1% would have any chance of surviving this with any grace. So what was the motive of his warning? Think about that, think about what HE may benefit from what he owns or invests in. |

My friend and I once used a Van De Graaf generator he had to zap the shit out of a computer in various places and it kept running just fine. Modern electronics are not that fragile to a little bit of electricity in the air. Just scaremongering to keep up people's tolerance for ever more bullshit. Well, crooked investment companies can steal every damn penny they manage, convert it to gold or some other tangible, then kaboom, emp attack and all hard drives were fried. No evidence for later on when society recovers and the legal system recovers and investors are screaming for their money. The only answer these crooked companies will give is 'sorry but emp wiped out every last file'. |
