Do you even know what being righteous means? It means to be right and not wrong. Is it right or wrong to sin?

Like I said, make up your mind because you don't sound very right. You can't go around making righteous judgement while sinning at the same time.

I saw the same thing a few nights before you. It is special to witness that. I had that wake up experience you mention about 25 years before, nothing wakes you up like seeing with your own eyes. Shows we should listen to the others about their experiences, most are valid.

What I'm thinking is, was it a one off? Or am I gonna see them all the time now? Should I try to communicate? If so, how? And would I be getting myself into something that could cause more harm than good?

I believe you too OP cuz around two yrs ago i was outside putting the animals up for the nite and i don't know why but i decided to use the front door to go into the house (and i NEVER use the front door, always the back door)and i was kinda lingering watchin my dogs and something made me look up in the sky and right at tree level (which is about 60 ft here around me) i saw this perfectly formed orange ball with what looked to be flckering red flames inside) just slowly going across the sky in a strait line.
One would think that it would have some kind of movenment with the currents of air but that was not the case with this ball.

I stood there and watched, totally mesmerized by what i was seeing and trying to figure out just WHAT i was seeing.
It was moving slow and moving east to west, towards the gulf of mexico.
I live along the bay and you could watch this thing for a long ways and so i ran in the house to get my husband and my mom who was there visiting to come see it too, cuz if not, who was going to believe me???
So they saw it too....just not close up like i did.
That nite i looked on the net to see if others had seen anything like it and on GLP i saw that others had witnessed fire balls also.
So, i know exactly what you mean about WHEN YOU ACTUALLY SEE IT FOR YOURSELF, then there is no denying any longer.

They got your attention for a reason, it is up to you to decide what that reason is, maybe you have a high energy output yourself and your thought processes are appealing to them.

Job was righteous, there is an entire book about him. The bible is just a bunch of different books put together about what happened in different people's lives. Perhaps at that time there was no righteous, but there have been other righteous people. It's really not a bad thing, although most people don't like the righteous so I can see why you would be against it.

Is it so hard for you to just believe what is written? John is speaking to Christians here and makes it plain as day.

You think because you are a Christian you can sin and not repent of that sin? We all sin, if you say that you do not then the truth is not in you.


John said if we say we have no sin then we decieve ourselves and the truth is not in us. (Big warning here, you do not have the truth within you.)

John said if we confess our sins Christ is faithful and just to forgive us our sins. To cleanse us of all unrighteousness.

John said if we say that we have not sinned we make Christ a liar and his word is not in us. (Big warning here, you do not have the gospel if you do this.)


Paul himself says sin dwells inside us. Who am i to believe? You or the disciples? The disciples, that is who.

He clearly says the law of sin in his members, his flesh is warring against his will to do good, some days it wins.

23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law


As far as you trying to make an argument for the belief that because we are covered in the righteousness of Christ we cannot sin? Umm... that is false. That righteousness is continuously washing us if we confess those sins to Christ and ask for forgiveness.

This is not a license to indulge in every perversion.

Why else whould John be telling Christians to confess their sins to Christ? Why would scripture tell us that God chastens those who believe in him? If Christians could sin no more why would God feel the need to chasten those he loves?

Being right is believing the word of God, in the bible you will find the truth and the righteousness of God.

Being wrong is denying scripture, out side the word of God you will only find lies and deception.
