Crap, just dignosed with cirrhosis. Any suggestions?

I've heard that milk thistle is good for the liver. Google it and do some research, it can be fixed.

Milk thistle is good, carrot juice is good, but once cirrhosis starts......not so good.

Whatever you end up doing, add cbd rich hemp (cannabis) oil to your diet immediately. Bluebird Botanical has a nice product, using it right now myself.

If you are in a medicinal state or better yet legal state, look at consuming the plant raw. Start as soon as you can.

I would also look into meditation practices, binaural tones to help you reach deep, become very relaxaed. Focus on your breath, control the uncontrollable.

Be proactive not reactive. Take charge of your own health.

Alcohol combined with stupidity.

I quit drinking weeks ago but the damage is already done.

I know its somewhat reversible, just don't know where to start.

All hard liquor,beer,wine, or all of the above?

all of the above. im only 43

the only thing you can do now is lead a healthy lifestyle. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg, exercise and stay off the grog.

mostly just ascites or fluid retention.

they gave me meds for that and aslo took 6 liters out of my abdominal cavity
other than that I feel great Especially since not drinking

Get some good supplents.. NAC, Milk Thistle extract, TUDCA, Vitaminc C

Eat a healthy diet, drink lots of water, join a gym.

Fluid retention in the abdominal cavity. You probably feel better because of those 6 litres gone. You can become short of breath and it puts pressure on the heart as well. there is only so much room in there.

You need to do the milk thistle and a nice gentle cleanse.

Just curious......did you drink a lot and not eat as well?

from your conventional doctor for a period of 3-5 months
then find a highly rated holistic medicine practicioner
in your area for long-term management/reversal of the disease.

The liver is an amazing organ that can take a ton of abuse before it's shot...but as others have said, you MUST stop drinking. If it is early cirrhosis it should be able to be reversed to a degree once you stop assaulting it and start living healthier. But if it is advanced with a lot of scarring, that is usually not reversible but even so you can live with just a tiny bit of your liver functioning. Prayers for you OP...take care of yourself.
