Again. But this time the country's 3G mobile phone network has been taken down as well. The report was confirmed via landline from North Korea to China. China is also the FACTORY of the entire western world. So they in effect know how to manufacture any of our stuff that we ask them to build. Self delude much? The only people with mobile phones in NK is the inner circle of the government and their families. The "trusted people and their families" If anyone outside of that group is caught with one, they will probably be shot. The reason why is the government would think they was trying to use the cell network across the border. |
