I'm assuming this is all Obama, retaliating against Netanyahu for being politically defiant towards the current administration. The man truly knows no bounds. Leaving sections of the report related to Italy, France, West Germany, and other NATO nations classified, only declassifying the sections pertaining to Israel, the report's release seems to be an obvious political stab by the United States.
