Caught a pic of Jupiter and Venus shining bright closer together
I have never seen them this close and so bright. You can see then shining bright when there is still daylight 5 or 6pm. Took this pic around 8pm from south Texas. They appear in the western sky. They are in the upper middle of the photo.

they will appear to be a single bright object on the evening of 6/30 in the us, around dusk. some say it is what was called the star of bethlehem in the bible.
