The only reason he could get away with it is if he had the protection of Jesus Christ. The devil is a liar and a deceiver remember? Unfortunately you, like all of us, have broken the laws of God Almighty. God is a 100% holy and righteous judge that built us in His image. He intended for us to live pure and holy as He is, having a constant relationship with Him and having dominion over the earth and everything in it. But the serpent tempted Eve. Adam and Eve, with their free will, ate of the forbidden fruit and man was cursed with original sin. Some of us think we aren't too bad, and as far as society is concerned this may be true. Not all of us are murderers, or satanists, or rapist right?

The problem is that God's standards are higher. His 10 commandments include not worshiping false idols, lying, not loving the Lord, our God with all our heart and soul, stealing, adultery/fornication, wanting other people's stuff, failing to honor our parents and so forth. Typically, these laws are broken to satisfy the insatiable lust of the flesh. Wanting someone else's possessions/theft, adultery, worshiping a false entity instead of loving the Lord. All of these things are the result of our flesh wanting things our way, constantly. We have all looked at women other than our wives with lust, lied, stolen, and just about anything you can think of.

We all say we're good people, but I guarantee if you took the worst thing you've done in your life and put it on TV for all to see you wouldn't show your face again. None of us would.

Man was given dominion over the earth, and literally everything on it. The world was designed so that everyone could have land, which they could use to easily sustain themselves. Because of sin, the world will never be a pure utopia, because man kind is not pure like God. Mankind is selfish, prideful, deceitful, and wicked. We've all broken God's laws and in His court we are all guilty. The punishment is death, unless you have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and have accepted his death at the cross and his resurrection. His blood from the cross cleanses all of our sin, and if continue in this sinlessness through the power of the Holy Spirit then we will be clothed in white robes of righteousness. You go to Hell because you have transgressed against the law, and you cannot pay the price of your punishment. It isn't just because you are an evil person because all of us have broken God's laws, so therefore we are all considered evil in His eyes. And since He is the judge and we aren't, there isn't much we can do about that.

Think of when you get arrested for a DUI. Do you go to jail/Hell because you got a DUI? Or do you go to jail/Hell because you cannot pay the price of your crime? All have sinned and come short of the glory of God, all have broken His commandments. Only by accepting the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ into your heart and soul and a path of true repentance will the price of our sins be paid. No one can pay the price, but Jesus Christ did on the cross at Calvery.

Jesus Christ, as the Son of Man, never once broke the commandments of God. In the Levitical days, as a result of the Mosaic Law, some sins could be forgiven and a relationship with the Lord restored. However, this required a Lamb without blemish. Only after the sacrifice of the lamb could sin be forgiven. God fulfilled this law with the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, the sinless man on earth who was just as holy and pure as God is (because Jesus was one with the Father) is the only person in all of history qualified enough to be the Lamb without blemish.

How do we restore a relationship with God the Father? Again, through Jesus Christ. His sacrifice cleanses you of sin, and restores our relationship with the Father so we can experience His perfect joy. The need for a sacrifice comes can be answered by defining what sin actually is. The definition of sin is separation from God. When we are separated from God, our bodies spiritual needs aren't met. So we're always spiritually hungry, and as Jesus said, He is the bread of life and the Word of God is like food for your soul. When we sin/transgress God's laws, we become separate from Him. A 100% just and holy God cannot mix with any amount of evil. Thing of a beautiful wedding dress. Man stares at a tiny tiny stain on the dress and doesn't make a big deal about it. Sure if the strain is huge it's a problem, but not if it's a small one. For God though, even the tiny stain makes the dress no longer white. God and His laws and judgments are similar to the laws of mathematics in that they are black and white. There is no gray area, if there were, He wouldn't be God because His judgment wouldn't be white (perfect).

I sincerely pray that you accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, because God's prophecies are unfolding and judgment day very well could be in our lifetime. Please, anyone that doesn't know Jesus, just open your hearts to the Lord and get to know Him through His Word, especially the Gospel! Don't take someone else's word for it, look into it yourself with an open mind to see what God says.

Amen brother and God bless! It takes great humility to admit that one has fallen short of God's glory and lead a life of repentance accompanied with fellowship with the Lord. I am not better than anyone else and just want to spread the good news of the Gospel, nothing more. We can all be saved, but only if we choose to. Knowing the Lord and having fellowship is the only thing that will save you from what very well may come in our lifetimes.

Not to be raining on any parades but Christianity is based on a human blood sacrifice to a deity who has always been hungry for the blood of the innocent.

While I am sure Satanists have "transcended" the dualism principals of good and evil and believe we are all both and that there is no real "right or wrong", I can and do relate to some degree with their beliefs that we were created in gods image, having the capacity to determine our own reality and destiny.

Christians are part of a collective channeling of conscious energy that is being used to control them to their own detriment, and it is the same people murdering their babies who are behind it, and not Satanists. And they're right about that. Satanists deny it claiming Satanism predates Christianity but the fact is the two are actually dependent on each other to be valid. If there was no "devil" to be saved from and no "hell" where he dwells to fear, the fear based control mechanism that is Christianity would be useless and impotent.

Without Satan Christianity would not and could not exist as a religion. SO it could be said and I believe it is true that "Satanism" and "Christianity" are interdependent on each other. Without the Chrsitian god to oppose, Satan would have no reason to exists, and without Satan there would be no need to "save anyone's soul".
